In partnership with our Taiwanese partner, MTC Mercury, we worked with Astro Tech Co., Ltd., a bicycle frame manufacturer, to address a critical safety issue. Their frontline workers were experiencing skin irritations due to exposure to carbon fibers during the production process. Together we organized visits and hands-on training to implement protective clothing solutions.
After several visits, the results were highly satisfying. In future, the company decided to implement our coveralls not only in their Taiwan factories but also in their factories in Vietnam. With over 300 workers in the grinding area, daily protective clothing changes became essential due to the invisible carbon fiber particles.
This initiative not only improved workplace safety but also elevated operational standards. By sharing our expertise, we helped the manufacturer adopt effective practices that protect workers while enhancing productivity. This collaboration reflects our commitment to fostering partnerships that inspire growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
